Makati Food Tour Day 1: TERRAZ BISTRO & MEETINGS

As we continue the Makati food tour Day 1, We went to Terraz Bistro & Meetings for lunch located at the 3rd Floor Retail Pavilion, Zuellig Building, Makati Avenue.

Terraz is a casual and approachable dining space featuring modern comfort cuisine within the city’s renowned LEED accredited high-rise – the Zuellig building.

I love that Terraz serves a lemon water which is really healthy because lemon water is good for detoxifying our body and clearing away all the toxins.

Top-quality dishes are available for lunch and cocktails with tapas and sangrias at hand as an ideal conclusion to one’s busy cosmopolitan schedule.

Terraz also offer private rooms perfect for business meetings and gatherings.

These exclusive meeting spaces are fully enclosed, air-conditioned and overlooking the Makati cityscape. They are equipped with excellent amenities designed to offer convenience during presentations and meetings. Seating for up to 34 guests is available, depending on the space reserved.

Now let's try Terraz sumptuous dishes.

The Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad (P275) , is a combination of a Pan-Seared Ahi Tuna with fresh Romaine lettuce, Sliced Japanese cucumber, and Vine cherry tomato in a rich sesame dressing. This one is my favorite and I just can't get enough because this Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad is really delicious. I would definitely recommend this salad. So guys! Yes you! If you're planning to visit Terraz don't forget to order this Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad :)

The Terraz Chef Salad (P295) is a combination of a Romaine lettuce, Red wine Hard-boiled egg, Crispy Parma Ham, Grilled Bacon, and Roast Beef in a light salt and Pepper Vinaigrette and Ranch dressing. This Terraz Chef Salad taste good but I will still recommend the Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad.

The Truffled Herbed Chicken & Creamy Mushroom (P 275) comes with a marinated grilled chicken breast with three kinds of mushroom and red wine sauce. 

The Simple Saffron Spaghetti (P 250), is a homemade spaghetti pasta with fresh spinach and smoked grilled asparagus.

The Spicy Terraz Corned Beef Adobo (P 495) served with a garlic pumpkin, sweet mashed potato, and crispy kesong puti. Aside from the Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad , this one is also my personal favorite because of the tenderness of the beef  and its flavorful taste.

The Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Pork Medallion and Foie Gras (P 695) served with Macaire potato, Sauteed vegetables, Mushroom ragout, and Merlot sauce.

The Buttered Tilapia Saltimbocca (P 350), served with Vegetable Pilaf, Asparagus, Sage tomato sauce with Grain creamy mustard sauce.

The Merlot Braised Veal Cheeks (P 550) served with Crushed Garlic Potato, Olive oil, and Marinated Root Vegetables.

The Pan-Seared Boneless Chicken Cream Emince (P 350), served with Terraz baked potato, Peppered Asparagus, and Creamy Mushrooms.

 As for our Desserts which is my favorite part, Terraz served us a Pavlovaz and Creme Samurai.
Both good and yummy! I'm craving while writing this post.

The Pavlovaz (P 150)  has a meringue based layer, topped with strawberries and berry.
I love this one over the Crepe samurai simply because i am a fan of strawberries!

The Crepe Samurai (P150) is a soft crepe stuffed with banana and mango flavor with caramel and cinnamon sauce.

Terraz Bistro & Meetings interior, service and food was really admirable.
I couldn't say anything bad at all.
Terraz Bistro & Meetings is a perfect place to celebrate any occassions and business gathering.
